Monsanto are producing Genetically Modified Plants capable of resisting the company's herbicide. With a crop unharmed by the herbicide sprayed on or around it, farmers are free to apply great quantities. The ability to clear fields of weeds using powerful herbicides which can be sprayed onto GE herbicide-resistant crops will result in farmlands devoid of wildlife and spell disaster to millions of already declining birds & animals.
