ORDERING TERMS

VisionWorks Terms: Retail.

The minimum order for credit cards is $20.00 retail. Checks can be mailed to us at VisionWorks, PO Box 92, Greenfield, MA 01302.

Shipping:  We prefer to ship via UPS within the United States.  Please send us a street address where such shipments can be received.  For shipments outside the United States, let us know if you prefer shipping by air mail or surface.  We will pack the order, check the postage cost and get back to you with the total by email prior to shipping.

Shipping rates in the United States:
Up to 20.00         = $4.50  (Must pay by check or money order)
$20.00 to 50.00  =  $5.50
$50.00 to 75.00  =  $7.50
$75.00 to 100.00 = $8.50
$100.00 to 200.00 = $9.00
Over 200.00        =  $9.50  (Applies to ALL larger orders.)
COD orders, add $7.00.
All Massachusetts orders must add 5% sales tax.

Local retail outlets:
We continue to function primarily as a wholesale distributor, selling to retail outlets.  There may be a retail outlet in your area who already stocks our products.  If this interests you, send us an email Retail Outlet Request; Tell us your town, state and zip code and we will email you back with a list of shops in your area who have ordered from us.

Send us recommendations.  Once you see who we already sell to in your area, you may be able to think of others that would be interested in ordering our cards, bumper stickers or calendars.  They may already stock such items, or be likely to add them.  They are likely to be hip, open- minded or alternative in their orientation.  Because we are not there, we may never know about them. So please do send us your recommendations.  Name of business, address, phone and what kind of shop they are.   If we can verify the information on shops we have not known about, you will be awarded credit towards the shipping on any order you place, or in some cases even free merchandise.  Plus you will help make this cool stuff available in your area.  So send those recommendations to us.

VisionWorks Terms:  Wholesale.

To buy wholesale, you need to send us your tax resale number.  Initial orders must be prepaid or shipped COD.  There is a $15.00 charge for any bounced checks.  To establish open credit with Net 30 day billing, please request and fill out our credit application.

Here are per item minimums and pricing on various products.  Postcards are 50% off suggested retail when ordered in Dozens per item.  (Currently $4.20/Dozen, unless at sale prices.)  Notecards also 50% off.  Please order in dozens per item (we can accept some in 6 per image, but no more than 1/2 of the notecards ordered.)  Bumper Stickers are 50% off suggested retail, when ordering at least 6 per design.  (Currently .60 cents each on most styles.)

Books & calendars can be ordered by any number, from 1 to thousands per item.  Wholesale discounts vary with each item.  Here are the complete lists with (wholesale) & retail prices for Books or Calendars.

Minimum order?  There is no minimum order per se, but anything under $45.00 will be charged an additional small order charge of $4.00.  You should be able to top that amount easily.

Shipping is generally by UPS in the United States, so be sure to include a street address.  If you are prepaying, figure postage at 6%, otherwise we will add exact postage.  Let us know if you need the order by a special date or other special instructions.

Returns:  All calendars are returnable for full credit.  We ask that you limit your returns to 25% or less of your total calendar purchases.  To be eligible, calendar returns must arrive in our warehouse by February 15th.  Books in new condition can be returned for credit 3 to 12 months after the invoice date.  Cards and bumper stickers are not returnable.

Catalog:  The best way to get a catalog, is to request one with an order. Much of the catalog is only in black and white, and it may not be as current as this web site, but we do have many more items that cannot be listed here.  You can also choose to be added to our list to receive email newsletters--to be sent no more often than once per month in order to alert you to new items or features on our web site.
