ORDERING TERMS
VisionWorks Terms: Retail.
The minimum order is $16.00 retail in products. (An exception may be possible for a calendar over 12.00)
Sorry, we are just too busy with large orders to be able to process small orders.
All orders must be paid by Visa or Mastercard, or else by mailing a check or money order. COD or Pay on Receipt is not an option for retail orders. We cannot currently accept other types of credit cards.
Shipping: We currently offer flat rate shipping of $5.00 within the USA. This may be by slow Media Mail for orders of books or calendars. If you need something fast, please let us know and we will see what we can do, and what additional cost may be involved. For any international orders, we will need to weigh your package, calculate the shipping cost and get back to you.
All Massachusetts orders must add 5% sales tax.
Local retail outlets:
We continue to function primarily as a wholesale distributor, selling to retail outlets. There may be a retail outlet in your area who already stocks our products. If this interests you, send us an email Retail Outlet Request; Tell us your town, state and zip code and we will email you back with a list of shops in your area who have ordered from us. If you know of some shops in your area which would be good places to find more of what we offer, tell us about them. Business name, address, maybe phone number. We will contact them and perhaps more of these items can be available there locally.
